Design services
Using the main or pool contractor route, we can provide a full range of design services, from initial ideas to final drawings. We can file applications for Planning Consent and Building Regulations. If you have your own architect, we can provide supplementary design services relating to the pool and ancillary works only. We adopt a flexible and individual approach to each project.
Our fees for this work are dependent on the scale of the project but generally fall between six and eight percent of the expected project cost. Fees are always quoted on a ‘fixed fee’ basis and agreed with you before starting work.
In self-build projects, we ask you to complete a questionnaire and to let us have as much detail of your pool as possible which the enables us to prepare an accurate quotation for the specialist materials and equipment which you will need. Upon your acceptance of our quotation and the payment of a deposit, we prepare fully-detailed drawings of the pool, fittings, pipework, heating and other pool-related items from which you or your builder will be able to work. We do not include the design of the enclosing building but would be happy to quote for this work if required.
Equipment supply
We have trade accounts with all of the major suppliers of pool equipment and can offer competitive prices for all your needs. Don’t forget that our ‘shopping list’ helps you order exactly what you require and goods are sent direct to you or your site., usually with 3 days of ordering. While installation instructions are usually included with manufactured components, we are always available by telephone or email for advice on installing and commissioning equipment we have supplied.
